Pending Orders and Holding stock
Should payment not be received within 3 days, your order/s will be cancelled.
ATL-Autotechlight (PTY) LTD does not hold all stock on hand at out dispatch premises, we do list products for our suppliers and have supplier agreements in place and some goods may be dispatched directly from their premises, or ordered/manufactured once your order is received and then delivered to us to dispatch. You will be advised should this be the case in an order placed
Shipping with 3rd Parties
Shipping costs as displayed are usually the cost to customer, you will be contacted in such cases where the cost is considered to be an estimate due to total purchases being unable to be accommodated in the set package and pricing determined by our service providers.
ATL-Automotive Technology & Lighting (PTY) LTD cannot accept any responsibility for any damage to goods or theft during transit. We do however insure shipments to a set value, but this might not cover full value of shipment. Please contact us if you need additional cover (usually 5% of total value)

Product Warranty
Warranty is offered on products where it is stated, we reserve the right to deny any claims if found to be user error and not manufacturing defect, where warranty claims are valid a replacement will be sent at our cost only after failed product is returned.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed on the site at an incorrect price, ATL-Automotive Technology & Lighting (PTY) LTD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ATL-Automotive Technology & Lighting (PTY) LTD reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, ATL-Automotive Technology & Lighting (PTY) LTD shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Payment of Orders
Your product/s will only be prepared once the funds have been received.
Paying via Bank EFT, this is our preferred method and will take longer should you not bank with Nedbank.
Preparation of Orders
All orders will be subject to a 24-48 Hrs turn around only on week days (Monday-Friday) although we will always try and accommodate customers wishes
Delays beyond 48Hrs will be communicated to the customers.
Damages
Damages to persons, property or vehicles are not to be held against ATL-Automotive Technology & Lighting (PTY) LTD if due to negligence.
Consumer Protection Act
ATL-Automotive Technology & Lighting (PTY) LTD follows all the Consumer Protection Acts prescribed laws and will not infringe on the CPA or any applicable Laws within the Republic of South Africa, we do reserve the right to refuse service when allowed, to protect both ATL-Automotive Technology & Lighting (PTY) LTD and the customer.
